Kevin Douglas

Kevin has 10 years experience of investing in public and private companies in the UK. Having joined Antrak in early 2007, he now divides his time between examining new investment opportunities and helping a number of Antrak's portfolio companies deal with the challenges of staying fit for growth.

Kevin currently serves on the board of CommonTime and is an observer on the boards of I-Nexus and WeComm. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa, he now lives in Surrey with his wife and young daughter.

Mitch Pender

Having lived and worked in the US, Canada, and the UK, Mitch has built a 15 year track record of managing and operating successful entrepreneurial technology businesses. He has senior experience in companies including MicroStrategy, Actuate and Envisional.

Mitch is a graduate of Queen's University, Canada, and he later earned an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris. He currently lives in London.

Robert Baines

Robert has proved himself a successful entrepeneur and investor having founded and built up Antrak Group over the last 35 years and having invested in numerous ventures personally as well as advising 3 technology venture capital funds.

Robert has a keen eye for opportunities coupled with an intuitive sense of the obstacles facing development stage businesses. His network of contacts is a valuable asset to portfolio companies. Robert is on the board of Surgicare and lives in London with his wife and two children.
